It started with a dream.
Before Smokin Fins, there was Lucky Fins, our original restaurant in Meridian and the foundation for everything that followed.
What began as a love for restaurants grew into something bigger: welcoming places, craveable food, and the kind of easy energy that makes people want to stay a while.
